My floors have never looked so good! William and his team came in, took great care in moving my home furnishings, and covered them up before starting to work. Professional and highly skilled in their craft. I did not realize I was harming my floors by using mop and glow, causing the waxy yellowish build-up. I thought I would need to have new flooring laid, but William was able to clean and polish them to a fantastic shine. We are so happy that we hired Panhandle Polishers to install our LVP in our condo! William and his crew made the whole process as easy as possible for us. He was very timely, kept us updated by sending us pictures at the end of the day, and let us know what the plan was for the next day. They moved all our furniture out of the way with care and covered it to protect from all the dust from the tile tear-up/removal in our kitchen, foyer, and bar area. After the installation, they moved all the furniture back exactly where we had it before and cleaned up well after themselves. They also finished on time, exactly when William said they would. We were very impressed with their quality and attention to detail. I would recommend Panhandle Polishers to anyone in the area!

I can’t recommend Wiliam enough. He was just amazing. I was in a pickle because some previous contractors did an absolutely horrible job re-doing my shower after the original one failed due to poor waterproofing. I was already kind of worn out and untrusting of contractors at this point… Right away I knew William was the right guy for the job. He helped me ascertain what we needed to fix from the previous work, what we could keep, and all the ways in which he would make sure my shower was waterproof and beautifully finished. Once the work was underway he was a total professional – he worked quickly but always paid attention to the details, he was so clean and organized even while working, he chatted with me about different options for tile and grout. He was always on time, and he was super communicative, and he was so considerate of me and my home, and even my pets. William has a heart of gold BUT he is also a master craftsman – the cut of the tiles, the precision of the grout, the overall workmanship, etc. were just above and beyond. It was a great experience working with him, and I just can’t recommend him enough. I actually missed him the first day when he didn’t come back after the job was finished, he was so great to work with. If you’ve got tile work to do, call this guy! Thank you, William!
